We do not set a fixed minimum order quantity for every custom hat project. Small quantities are welcome, although smaller orders may have a higher unit cost. We can discuss the most suitable production arrangement based on your quantity, hat style and customization requirements.

Custom hat pricing depends on the specific requirements of your order. The main factors include hat style, material, quantity, logo or artwork, decoration techniques, labels, sweatbands, closures and packaging. The more complete your specifications are, the more accurately we can prepare a quote.

Our standard sample development time is approximately 15–18 days. Bulk production generally takes around 25–45 days after the required production payment is received and the final production details are confirmed. More complex designs or additional changes may require extra time.

Yes. Sample development is a standard part of our custom manufacturing process. Normally, we provide two samples for each hat style so you can review the shape, fit, materials, colors and decoration before bulk production. Once the samples are received, we can discuss any required adjustments before moving forward.

You can start with the hat style, quantity, material, colors, logo or artwork and any important customization requirements. A reference hat, product image, preferred shape or examples of decoration are also helpful. A complete tech pack is not required to start the discussion.

PDF or AI files are preferred for logos and artwork because they provide clear production references. However, a simple image, product reference or decorating example can also be used to begin the development process. We can review the artwork and confirm the appropriate production format.

Almost every part of a hat can be customized, including the overall style, fabric, color, crown construction, brim, closure, embroidery, patches, labels, sweatband, seam tape, hardware and packaging. We can develop the details according to your product requirements.

Depending on the hat style and intended use, we can work with materials including cotton, nylon, polyester, canvas, denim, corduroy, mesh and performance fabrics. Material selection can be adjusted according to the required appearance, structure, hand feel and performance.

Yes. We can develop private label hats with your own branding, including custom labels, inside details, sweatbands, hangtags and packaging. Custom packaging can also be developed according to your requirements, with packaging costs quoted separately based on the selected type and customization.

Quality is checked throughout the manufacturing process, including materials, measurements, construction, stitching, decoration and other production details. Before packaging and shipment, the finished hats are checked against the confirmed sample and production specifications.
